Good morning, junior crew. With the heavy news of last night carrying into Saturday morning, things are incredibly quiet around the CSS Eudora. You may carry on with your personal business during the morning, but come 11:00, a soothing voice will cut into the air and announce that at 12:00 everyone must report to "the Conference Hall." Strange, however, that it's not on the map.
Never fear, your I.R.I.S. will automatically project a small beam of warm, orange light on the ground, directing you towards an enormous lift stationed by the mess hall. Come 11:50, if you aren't on the lift, you will certianly find yourself moving there physically whether you intend it or not. The lift is capable of carrying every occupant of the Eudora to a sublevel ramp that leads towards the mentioned Conference Hall.
The enormous hall opens up past two large, double doors with the word EUDORA printed over it. Within, a lengthy monitor sprawls across the entirety of it, displaying Thursday night's victims profiles along with a large map of the Eudora herself. With plush, dark seats in rows and a long table at the head of the room where four members of your senior crew await, it is clear what exactly this space is for, especially as the words TRIAL IN SESSION appear on the monitor and an ominous-looking countdown:

Welcome to your fourth trial! Over the course of the next nine hours, characters will have the opportunity to discuss, investigate and theorize about Margaret and Sora's murders. Characters will have time to examine the body of the victim and explore relevant locations.
There will be a mod-tag break between 4 PM EST / 1 PM PST to 5 PM EST / 2 PM PST. While the trial may continue and players can tag each other, mod-led threads such as questions and investigations will be on hold.
Finally, we have a voting page for characters to vote on the culprit! Please be sure that your vote is in by the time trial finishes at 9 PM EST / 6 PM PST, unless you've spoken with the mods previously, as we'll begin tallying votes on the dot. Voting is mandatory for Spacecoast, acting as our weekly activity check in this game.
Good luck!

she picks up the bottle and looks at it... what is it... if she cannot tell she will turn to the other two.]
Any luck with the password?

Arthur sees nothing else amiss that hasn't been caught or mentioned already so he may go join her sure, Metis will just. Stay here with this locked computer as it continues to ask for a password.
Throné now has acquired a bottle! What kind? Better left for back at trial, but it looks like a water bottle of sorts -- I almost typed bobble my fingers were super on the wrong keys. Anyways, she returns and Metis looks up, a red blip of a buffering sign showing on their helmet before they shake their head. ] ... Well, Nodd has his own suggestion but Arthur has decided against trying it.
[ Mumbles quietly dommymommy. ]

yeah, now he'll come back to the group, in time to hear metis muttering.
after sharing what he's seen (omitting exactly how he deduced the red stuff was definitely blood), he adds: ]
If we get extra tries, we should do mine.
no subject
You may try whatever you like, Mr. Nodd.
[frowning at throné but in a concerned way at her apparently being in pain]
Are you alright? You could have called for me...
no subject
and goes :ben: at the suggestion of dommymommy but. it's fine.]
... Go ahead, Nodd. I can't think of anything else.
no subject
But Nodd can regroup with this knowledge, and Metis nods at the mention of "extra tries" though a bit distracted as they seem to be watching Throné with a concerned air. But Arthur is checking on her so they stay quiet and look back to Nodd with a gesture for the keyboard in front of the computer.
Tell me what you're inputting and we shall see. Metis focuses on the same screen on their I.R.I.S in the meantime. ]

...
PASSWORD IS INCORRECT.
Without warning, from where Nodd is touching the keyboard and from Metis's own I.R.I.S with the screen duplicated, both will be suddenly zapped for incorrect crimes. Don't worry, it's just a small shock. But Metis certainly jumps with a surprised yelp. ]

[ guess he's not a genius after all :(
ok time to go back? ]

Please be careful.

Are we just leaving this here? It may have information on it.
[but she's fine with leaving if they are.]

[ Though they rub at their own chest for a moment before they look at their I.R.I.S and back to the group. ]
We can keep remote access to it back in the trial on the chance anything comes up. That way we do not need to make the trek back here. So for now we can return, and you can all provide everyone the information and evidence you've gathered.
[ In which a black portal will form and the group is free to return with their goodies. ]
