Good morning, junior crew. With the heavy news of last night carrying into Saturday morning, things are incredibly quiet around the CSS Eudora. You may carry on with your personal business during the morning, but come 11:00, a soothing voice will cut into the air and announce that at 12:00 everyone must report to "the Conference Hall." Strange, however, that it's not on the map.
Never fear, your I.R.I.S. will automatically project a small beam of warm, orange light on the ground, directing you towards an enormous lift stationed by the mess hall. Come 11:50, if you aren't on the lift, you will certianly find yourself moving there physically whether you intend it or not. The lift is capable of carrying every occupant of the Eudora to a sublevel ramp that leads towards the mentioned Conference Hall.
The enormous hall opens up past two large, double doors with the word EUDORA printed over it. Within, a lengthy monitor sprawls across the entirety of it, displaying Thursday night's victims profiles along with a large map of the Eudora herself. With plush, dark seats in rows and a long table at the head of the room where four members of your senior crew await, it is clear what exactly this space is for, especially as the words TRIAL IN SESSION appear on the monitor and an ominous-looking countdown:

Welcome to your third trial! Over the course of the next nine hours, characters will have the opportunity to discuss, investigate and theorize about Sidon's and Ashe's murders. Characters will have time to examine the body of the victim and explore relevant locations.
There will be a mod-tag break between 4 PM EST / 1 PM PST to 5 PM EST / 2 PM PST. While the trial may continue and players can tag each other, mod-led threads such as questions and investigations will be on hold.
Finally, we have a voting page for characters to vote on the culprit! Please be sure that your vote is in by the time trial finishes at 9 PM EST / 6 PM PST, unless you've spoken with the mods previously, as we'll begin tallying votes on the dot. Voting is mandatory for Spacecoast, acting as our weekly activity check in this game.
Good luck!

the mess is located... everywhere! many pieces of the cute decor and furniture are overturned - both chairs and tables - and there's a mess of squishy lil balls and liquids all over them, the floor, the walls. cups, boba straws, macarons litter the floor.
bnuuy bot is there, hiding in a corner with a tearful emoji face much like the nyanbots last week, but appears undamaged. ]
no subject
she's going to go look at the mess a little more closely where the food items and things are. she will take one of each thing on the ground that you mentioned and hold it in a cup. is there any blood or scratches or things like that around? anything on the overturned tables/chairs?]
no subject
Aw, buddy... stay put, okay? I know you're just trying to do your job, but we don't know if there's still anything scary out there. Me and my friend will let you know what it's safe to come back out again.
[ he will quickly look over the entirety of bunbot's chassis for any sign of damage, more than what you would get from just a first glance... but once that's done, he pats it and goes to join throné.
the walls and floors have been splashed, but is there anything on the ceiling? he'll also flip the furniture back over, to see if there's anything on the other side of them or beneath them. ]
no subject
the bot chirps a synthetic little noise at him at the comfort, emoji eyes wobbling gratefully. it will stay here out of the way! fortunately, there's no damage or splatter of anything on it, so he can be comforted by that.
... and then ichiban gets a drip of something that's probably tea on his nose for looking up. there is absolutely splatter from the chaos up on the ceiling, yeah. but only more mess can be found when they move any of the furniture, like whoever was in here really went to town on having a food fight. mourn the crushed macarons and wasted boba, but fortunately there's no scratches. ]
no subject
what is it. can she tell by looking? if she touches it what consistency is it.]
no subject
what about the teacup seats right outside the shop, how are those looking? are they messed up too, or is the mess concentrated just inside the shop? ]
no subject
when throné brings her hand up again, there's a strand of hair that comes up with her fingers.
at least it's only tea. it smells like just normal milk tea, too, so it could've been worse. like blood. the teacups outside look undisturbed, so it's everything on the inside of the shop that's seen better days. ]
no subject
she frowns... so it's not tea? she can't tell if it's thicker or more solid by touching the black in comparison to the water/tea? can she. smell it. sighs.
she also makes a face at the strand. gross. can she tell what color it is or.]

no subject
it is not tea! the foremost smell is milk tea, but there's a trace of something citrussy and peppery in the mix, and it drips a blackish grey. it seems like it's been watered down by the tea/water, to be the same consistency. the hair is a mix of black, grey, and white, with the boba mixed in, but she'll have to take a closer look at trial.
the sparkle water is a little bit thicker than the tea/water mix, but the cause for the sparkle is... glitter! when he sniffs, it doesn't smell like anything, but this close he'll see a tiny, white, fake snowflake on his finger. ]
no subject
okay. well. she scoops some of the liquid into a cup. she also puts the strands of hair in another cup. these are her evidence bags.
is there anything else around the area to look at? like behind the counter or something.
any burnt smell? delicious smell, like cooked fish...]
no subject
Anything else back there? If not, I think we're good to go... we've definitely got more things to spring off of than we did before checkin' this place out.
no subject
everything just smells like tea and baked goods; there was no cooked fish happening here. ganymede, outside so as not to get in the way has opened a portal for them again. ]
All set? [ you're free to return from food fight hell with your makeshift evidence baggies. ]
no subject
she comes over to ichiban... and slumps against him for a second. owie. crouching hurts. but they can go back!]
no subject
now they can go! ichiban waits for throné to stand back up on her own, then offers his arm for her to take for support on the walk back to the teleporter. ]
Thanks, Gany.

[ warp noises, you're all good here! ]
